Birra del Gargano is an wandering beerfirm inspired by the colors and scents of the Montagna del Sole. The gypsy-style project, born from the creative vision of Vincenzo Ottaviano, makes use of the competent support of three master brewers. Angelo, Paolo and Vincenzo, carefully following our productions, ensure us constant and balanced products, a symbol of the brewing quality of the territory.
Our craft beers are interpreted and enriched with noble local ingredients.
Swabian malt, produced in Puglia by Monfarm in Lucera, ancient grains of Capitanata, such as Saragolla and Senatore Cappelli, cultivated by Leonardo of the Zilletta di Brancia Agricultural Company and Gargano IGP Citrus Fruits, Slow Food presidium, cultivated by Michele of the Ricucci Agricultural Company.
