Amaro Rubino Bio is the result of Matteo Rubino's liqueur passion: after two years of personal experimentation with the formula and passionate outdoor research, Amaro Rubino Bio made its market debut in early 2020. An artisanal herbal liqueur, produced in small batches, among the first in its class to be certified organic. Made with local honey and botanicals that typically grow or are grown in the land between the lakes and the Lombard and Piedmont Pre-Alps, with ingredients from organic and biodynamic farming. Its aroma is a complex but delicate floral and balsamic bouquet, with an alcohol content of 25 percent Vol. In 2021 it was judged with a score of 91 out of 100 by the International Wine & Spirits Competition jury and won the Best Herb Liqueur in the World 2022 award by the British World Liqueur Awards. Amaro Rubino's green philosophy is committed to increasingly reducing the impact of production processes and packaging on the environment.
