For over 40 years, the ancient Sgambelluri pastry shop has been producing a wide range of confectionery products in an artisanal way that we can define as "small joys for the palate" including, above all, nougat, the cornerstone of the entire production. The company, located in Siderno in Calabria, is led by Salvatore Sgambelluri, pastry master, together with his children.
