SFIZIO, founded by Antonio Martorana and Aya Yamada, is a creative enterprise born from the common passion for promoting Italian gastronomic culture and preserving the tradition and art of magnificently handmade foods.
We’ve created our small artisan biscuit bakery in center of Montelupo Fiorentino, where we produce various types of cantucci and tea biscuits, selecting with care the finest ingredients privileging the Italian raw materials.
From the selection of the ingredients, all the production process to the final packagings, we’re following completely all by hand carefully to garantee the quality of our products.
Starting from the Tuscan traditional recipes, we’ve rearranged the new flavours with the substle and affascinating combinations and we’ve applied the stylish and refined packagings showing the internal products.
The taste and the flavour of our biscotti is given exclusively from the excellent natual ingredients, so that you can enjoy the genuine and tasty flavours.
