A cereal vocation characterizes our farm but with small horticultural varieties of native varieties recovered and saved from extinction, medicinal herbs, mono cultivar Ravece olive groves. The company and the products are certified organic. Closed cycle supply chain (we grow and transform our productions) We grow ancient grains that we transform into Pasta, Biscuits, Sweet and Savory Bakery Products. We have a unique line of Powders such as Celery Salt, an ancient celery powder, slow food praesidium; The pomace and grape seed powder from Piedirosso Sannita and the Seccagno tomato powder from Gesualdo. The cultivars in our fields are all P.A.T. (Traditional Agri-food Production) Environmental sustainability and technological solid development are among the strengths of the company. The strong inclination for research and development pushes us to collaborate with the University of Pisa, Federico II University of Naples, University of Salerno, Crea di Pontecagnano, Cnr of Salerno, Banca del Germoplasma di Acerra. Some of these collaborations have resulted in a commitment to the nutraceutical enhancement of some company products by including the nutritional claim on the "low glycemic index" label. Among the technological and digital innovations we have adopted: are installing two weather stations connected in IoT to XSense probes and cameras located in the various particles. All collected data are sent to the cloud, which transmits climatic and visual information in real-time to prevent possible phytopathogenic attacks, also based on historical series. In this way, up to 80 of the interventions were saved. All productions are tracked in blockchain to ensure maximum transparency in favour of the consumer by scanning the QR codes affixed to the packaging of finished products. We are convinced that the closed, traced, and low-impact supply chain, thanks to the digital push, is the way to go for future agricolture.
