Ingredients for 10 people:

2 mixed Olivieri 1882 Bauletti
Valier nut and chocolate cream
Valier walnut kernels
 
Method 
The recipe is very simple, just a few gestures are enough to make a delicious dessert!
Slice the top into medium-sized slices. Toast them in the toaster.
 
Spread the toasted slices with the walnut and chocolate cream and then sprinkle the surface of the cream with the coarse grain obtained with the walnuts.
