TASTE AMORE 03: green gin tonic

Ingredients:
150 ml of Alpex Plose Tonic Water 
50 ml of an Etneum gin 
ice cubes of Matcha Green Tea bio La Via Del Tè 
a lime wedge 
two sprigs of rosemary
 
Method
Prepare the cold green tea with water and transfer it to an ice cube container. As soon as you are ready you will have beautiful green cubes!
 
Pour them into a glass and add the gin, tonic water and two sprigs of rosemary and a lime wedge.
 
Serve it with a few drops of lime, accompanying it with Savini Tartufi products, a perfect aperitif based on crisps and crunchy hazelnuts with truffles.
