NOALYA CIOCCOLATO COLTIVATO
We are pleased to introduce our Italian artisan chocolate company, Noalya Cioccolato Coltivato. The company was founded recently, but the owner, Alessio Tessieri, has been working in the world of chocolate for many years. Alessio is presently the proud owner of a cocoa plantation in Venezuela. In 1997, he started a journey around the world in order to discover and select from the most precious plantations. From South America to Africa, from the Tropic of Cancer to the Tropic of Capricorn and finally passing through the equatorial zone, Alessio systematically followed his overwhelming passion within the chocolate universe. Thanks to carefully selected raw materials and the way in which Alessio Tessieri works with them, Noalya products were born and are characterized by very high quality. Of equal importance, Alessio demonstrates great respect toward the cocoa farmers according to his business philosophy and technical rules. In the summer/fall of 2018, Noalya introduced a professional chocolate line and a complimentary retail tasting line comprised of 33 colorful chocolate bars and dried fruit creams. To spread the passion further, the company recently partnered with the prestigious Culinary Arts School (the biggest culinary school in the region) and now offers luxury chocolate tasting sessions and didactic full immersion courses for chocolate lovers. Our operations are managed in the spirit of culinary relevance, high quality, and excellence in the finished product.
