Cervellera: family history and tradition
Salumi Cervellera was born from the love of the founder Giuseppe Cervellera, an artisan and butcher from an early age, for the tradition of his land.
In his salami factory, a few kilometers from Martina Franca, the artisanal production of typical Apulian products is in first place. In fact, the production of meats and cured meats is treated in every phase: the animals here have the opportunity to graze free, each product is handmade and this is what makes Cervellera products synonymous with quality and craftsmanship.
