Danieli-Il Forno delle Puglie was born in 2003 and found his roots in Bitonto, the city of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, located in the North of Bari, typical and renowned village in the heart of Puglia.
Daniele Lovascio is the founder and Managing Director of the company, assisted by a strong and motivated team;
He has operated for many years in the bakery production and marketing of traditional Apulian specialties.
The main product of his successful bakery is the Tarallo, which the company is made famous for: traditional or flavoured in different shapes.
The Tarallo DANIELI is still made by hand, using ancient and secretly guarded recipes.
