TASTE AMORE 01: trio of bruschetta + beer

Taste Amore is a new food series by designer Alessandro Enriquez with the musical score by singer-songwriter Andrea De Pascalis. The recipes are all strictly made from quality Italian products selected from among Taste’s exhibitors, and are published every week on the Pitti Immagine Instagram profile, @pittimmagine.
Ingredients for 2 people:
· slices of bread (Panepace)
· one burrata (Mo ’burrata)
· cherry tomatoes (Masseria dauna)
· wild Fennel Pesto (Scyavuru)
· albacore fillets from Anzio (Manaide)
· extravirgin olive oil (Laudemio)
· basil
· salt
· black Pepper as needed
· oregano as needed
· chilli pepper as needed
Slice the bread into medium thick slices and toast them.
Prepare the three toppings:
Bruschetta with cherry tomatoes and basil flavored burrata 
Cut the cherry tomatoes and season them with Laudemio oil, basil and salt. Arrange them on the slice of bread and add the frayed burrata. Finish with a drizzle of Laudemio oil, a few basil leaves and a few black pepper.
Bruschetta with fennel pesto and albacore
Spread a generous layer of fennel pesto on the slice of bread.
Arrange two whole albacore fillets and complete the bruschetta with a little of chilli pepper and Laudemio oil.
Bruschetta with cherry tomatoes and alalunga
Fray the albacore and arrange it on the slice of toasted bread alternating with cherry tomatoes.
Season the bruschetta with Laudemio oil, salt and oregano as needed.
